1. Internalised Capitalism: Why We’re Burning Out on a Burning Planet
This talk or workshop explores the mirrored relationship of self and world, and how our internalisations of capitalism’s story lead to an unhealthy relationship with productivity, burnout and climate change.  The work of Getting Free involves returning to our body and values, while connecting to emergence.

2. Vision & Seed
It’s not enough to resist what is, we need to actively build the world as it could be.  This talk or workshop speaks to the three roles of changemaking (disrupting, healing & building), the importance of imagination and visioning, and how we can seed a more just world into reality, through our thoughts, words and actions.

3. Inner Work for Outer Change (or Self Work for World Work)
The old story of inner work was that it was an optional nice-to-have; something that helped to be more productive or resilient; to ‘keep up’ with the world as it is.  A newer, more generative story sees the inner and outer dimensions as deeply interconnected, and that to change the world outside of us, we must first change the conditions within us that uphold and participate in that world.  This talk can speak to the ideologies of capitalism, patriarchy and separation.
