It's a result of ways of working that do not support us - and you didn't create those ways of working.
The world as it is currently designed is not about our wellbeing, it's about maximised output and profit.
Until we change this - in our bodies, relationships, communities, movements and organisations - and centre care & liberation at the core of our values and systems, burnout will continue to happen.
This is why the work of preventing burnout - and indeed, creating the conditions for thriving - is twofold: work we do in our bodies, our relationships, our values, and also in our communities, our movements, in the way that we work, care and relate to one another.
